Each course consists of online, interactive study materials, followed by an exam. Students have 180 days from the time of enrollment to study the online materials and complete the exam and one (1) retake if necessary. Students must complete the study materials before they can access the exam. When it comes time to take the exam, please note that they are closed book and closed computer. Study guides and other reference materials are not permitted during the exam.
Each exam consists of 75 multiple choice questions. Students will have a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete each exam. Students will not be able to exit an exam without submitting the exam for scoring. A student must obtain an exam score of 70% or better to pass each exam.
Although ICA does not require the exams to be proctored it is best not to proceed with the exam until you check with your Company's Education Representative (Ed Rep) or Human Resources department for any specific corporate guidelines.
