Recognized by the American Council on Education (ACE) and accepted for credit at hundreds of colleges and universities, Excelsior College Examinations offer the perfect blend of flexibility and support, such as:

To fully prepare for an ECE requires self-direction and discipline.

• Be certain to allow sufficient time for both study and review.
• Plan on spending three hours studying each week per semester hour of credit.
• Review content guides and utilize the recommended learning resources
• Take advantage of the guided learning packages comprised of bundled textbooks and other study materials
• Purchase a practice exam to review valuable feedback and help you to further prepare.

Grading: A letter grade is reported for all examinations.

Transcripts: For a nominal fee, an official transcript can be ordered online and sent to the college of your choice.

Credits: Upper and lower level credit exams available. 3-6 credits (varies by exam)

Cost: $240-$345 (varies by exam)

Military Personnel: ECEs are FREE to military personnel through DANTES.
